Benjamin is a Human Resource Management Specialist who worked as a Management Consultant at the Ministry of Finance & Economic Planning (MoFEP) for several years. He has over twenty five years working experience in various assignments in different capacities such as Director, Research & Marketing responsible for Africa Operations of Terra Naturals GH Ltd; General Manager, 21ST Century Construction Limited; Deputy National Project Coordinator, Administration, Research, Monitoring and Planning on the WFP/PAMSCAD Redeployment Project 3827, which was under the Ministry of Employment and Social Welfare.
Benjamin holds a Master of Arts Degree in Employment and Labour Studies from the Institute of Social Studies at The Hague in the Netherlands. He also graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with Political Science.
