Helen is a Marketing and Finance Executive by Profession. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of VITALITY Health Insurance and a Non-Executive Director of CIDAN Investments Limited and CIDAN Capital Microfinance Limited.
She has over twenty-eight (28) years’ experience in various sectors ranging from transportation through banking through consumer goods and food industry to insurance. She has worked at varied senior and managerial levels with various companies within and outside of Ghana. Helen worked as the Head of Marketing at Unique Insurance Company; Marketing Manager at Prestige Motors; and a Manager of the Overseas Operations Department at the former Ghana Airways. Helen also worked as a Marketing and Research Analyst with Unilever Ghana Limited, Ecobank Ghana Limited and Enyidado Industries Limited where she was involved in a variety of projects including business plans, feasibility studies, and marketing research in the agricultural, manufacturing and services industries. In addition, she also had a stint with Skjodt Barrett in Canada where she gained enormous valuable international experience.
She holds a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and a First Class Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration with Specialization in Marketing from the School of Administration (now University of Ghana Business School), University of Ghana. She is a proud Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management and currently its President.
Helen has attended various seminars both in Ghana and abroad on Marketing, Finance, Management and Insurance. She also sits on a number of Boards in Ghana.
